Verdict
Steps In The Sand was having only her third start here when landing a claimer three weeks ago and has changed stables. She doesn't have much more to do as Matilda With Me's recent victory here came over a shorter trip. The latter had CELTIC REVIVAL three lengths behind but Eddie Lynam's charge was staying on and can reverse the form over this longer trip and gain his first success. Meritorious gained his only victory to date in a Newmarket handicap over this trip back in 2021 and though Anjah runs the occasional good race he's 0-24.
