Airspace and Desert Ben occupied the minor places behind Empirico here last Friday and the former, who was very well supported, should again have the edge over this furlong shorter trip. PARTNER ended the last campaign in tremendous form and though 7lbs higher than when storming clear at Lingfield in November he is probably still reasonably handicapped. Liberty Island loves it around here while the once top-class Senor Benny is probably still capable of giving a good account from this mark despite his advancing years.
