PEACE OFFICER is no world-beater but won't get many better chances to get off the mark. Eddie Lynam's charge just failed to hold off Shinko Princess over the track and trip then led for most of the way before swamped inside the final furlong when tackling 7f three weeks ago. Catamaran showed a bit of promise for Willie McCreery in the spring and has joined Ger Lyons while Time Stands Still is another who has changed stables after a narrow defeat in a claimer here. Gougane Barra is related to plenty of winners but hasn't been seen for over a year. Smart Stinger has shown good speed in all three of his races over 7f here so looks certain to be suited by the drop in trip.
