Verdict

PESTAL AND MORTAR ran her best race over hurdles over this course and distance last June and it was over fences that she returned to form at Wexford last month. She's well treated on a mark of 88 and this moderate affair should be within her capabilities. Pocketfullapennies had been in reasonable shape before running a shocker at Sligo last week and will need to bounce back while Key Account tackles the trip for the first time and has given little indication he would stay this far. Carheenlea ran his best race for a long time over this track and trip a couple of weeks ago and off this sort of mark should get into the frame with a similar effort.
