Gordon Elliott's charge was running a big race when falling at the last on his debut at Gowran and then came up against the potentially useful Maggie Neary on the same track where he wasn't beaten far. He looks better at this stage than Willie Mullins' charge, a very promising type in France but beaten a very long way when favourite at Thurles in January.
