Cousin Bill didn't manage a win in five starts over hurdles but he was second at Down Royal last month and has already won between the flags. He must be a leading player in this along with Tramore third Cnoc Na Sioga. Gordon Elliott's pair Officer Cadet and Rendezvous Peak are worth a second look with the former preferred under Bryan Copper but HADDINGTON ROAD arrives in good form and gets the nod. A ready winner over hurdles here nine days ago, he has point-to-point experience so there should be more to come over fences.
