In depth

Verdict

WALDEN finished runner-up to Burren River in a similar race to this at Limerick in December and enters the fray in winning form having scored very easily between the flags at Loughanmore last month. That form should be easily good enough to see off some moderate opposition. Slidecheck makes his debut under Rules but there was nothing wrong with his run behind James at Loughanmore in October and he's young enough to make some progress. Highly Unlikely is a regular winner between the flags and arrives in good form having landed a point at Loughbrickland last month. Supreme Danehill wasn't beaten far between the flags on Saturday and may do best of the remainder.
