Verdict

HALLS BRIDGE had 3l to spare over Island Peak at Tramore and can confirm the form and complete a double from a 5lb higher mark as this is his trip. Winning point-to-pointer Waltz Legend has yet to win under Rules but looks to be getting closer judged on his close third at Kilbeggan. High Talk won at Sedgefield in October but hasn't been seen since a moderate effort there a couple of weeks later. Le Grand Chene was having his first start for Gordon Elliott at Fairyhouse last month and the five-times winner is expected to go close from his lowly spot in the handicap.
