Quite a few of these are already proven over the C&D and the likes of Claragh Native, Pink Goddess and Banna Beach, tried in blinkers today, seem sure to be thereabouts again. Renoyr has been knocking on the door at this level and his luck should turn sooner or later while Grand Cru was only beaten a length by Opera Native at Wexford in July, though did finish behind Renoyr at Killarney the time before. SUN FISHER is still a maiden but was only beaten half-a-length off a 9lb higher mark at Tramore in October last year and hinted at a revival when fourth at that track on his latest start. Shane Hassett is good value for his 3lb claims and Edward O'Grady's gelding could finally open his account today.
