Joupe made an encouraging handicap debut over an extended 5f at Sligo where she was staying on strongly at the finish and is on the same mark. Shines Her Light has only raced over the minimum trip in maidens so her ability to stay the extra has to be taken on trust but ECLECTOR has no problems with the trip having led for most of the way over a mile at Killarney and has been dropped 3lb. Ger Lyons' grey gets the nod though Mogwli has been staying on over shorter and enters the equation.
