Sea Sessions had been in good form on the Flat before chasing home the odds-on Bell Ex One on her hurdling debut at Punchestown when only beaten half-a-length with Mankhool well beaten in fifth. Inca Prince had been beaten ten lengths by that winner at Listowel earlier but did much better at Gowran next time where he led two out until the run-in. FIL DOR ran in a Royan bumper in June under the Macaire banner and has joined Gordon Elliott. This doesn't look a particularly testing start and he's taken to make a winning debut.
