In depth

Verdict

Both Decimal Day and Rich Belief will appreciate the move to maiden company after running well in competitive handicaps. The latter was admittedly somewhat below par last time but his overall profile sees him preferred of the pair. Son Of Hypnos's form sends out mixed messages and he was tailed off on the Flat last time at Galway. Motown Maggie is an interesting recruit to timber after showing promise in the pointing sphere and Duck And Vanish is a possible improver but SKIPPIN COURT (NAP) gets the nod. He's gone nicely in large-field maidens and his latest run when third to the classy-looking Purple Mountain at the Galway Festival reads especially well.
