Gavin Cromwell has struck form and has entries at each end of the handicap. Bronson In Blue was making his handicap debut when showing much improved form at Sligo and his riders claim is a huge bonus while Peaches And Cream showed a bit more dash here last time though the trip is an unknown. Ashqar showed virtually nothing before just failing to hold off Glendaar's Warrior over 2m at Roscommon. This is a new trip but he wasn't stopping and he's well enough weighted to take advantage. However, BREESY MOUNTAIN (NAP) had beaten that winner easily at Punchestown on New Year's Eve and would probably have won at Fairyhouse in April but for falling at the last. He didn't run as well as expected at Clonmel last time but this looks a good opportunity to return to winning ways.
