Jerandme, headed on the line over 2m at the Curragh, has since won over fences while Royal Aide scored over hurdles at Sligo a month ago. Shanroe has been in excellent form and only just failed to concede Tonkinese 7lb at Leopardstown. Walking On Glass landed handicaps at Navan and Galway before beaten a length in a 3m handicap hurdle at Sligo while a three-year-old won this last year so Killarney winner Mere Catherine is respected despite never having raced over further than 1m3f. EIGHT AND BOB was behind Walking On Glass at Galway but further rain could see a form reversal as it was soft when Willie Mullins' charge scored at the fixture a few days later. Turnpike Trip started odds-on in the first of these Galway handicaps but finished almost last and though Lord Erskine could win this if anywhere near his best he's been well beaten in his two runs following a long break.
