The front-running Hidden Present looked on the way back when a good third to Arctic Mick at Navan last week when The Corby Glenn, Takendo and Noble Commander were all well beaten. West Ship Master was in the lead 3 out over 3m1f at Fairyhouse and could be suited by this shorter trip but Hidden Crack looks to be on a high enough mark on what he has shown over fences. FIRST ROW has only had seven starts over fences and won three of them though he hasn't scored since July 2007. However, he hasn't been in bad form over timber lately and showed with a good run at Gowran in October that he's capable of getting back into the winners' enclosure over the bigger obstacles. Most of the remainder are badly out of form and the market may prove the best guide to their chances.
