AMI DESBOIS has it all to do under topweight but his yard enjoys a decent record here and the gelding has performed well on each of his three starts around Town Moor. He ran a cracker last time when a length second to Wholestone in Grade 2 company at Cheltenham, his best performance to date and a repeat of which could well see him concede weight all round. That will not be an easy task by any means with the likes of Ten Sixty and Abricot De L'oasis in opposition for the Hobbs and Skelton yards respectively. The pair fought out a fine finish at Leicester when last seen and it's hard to split them here. Both are going the right way and deserve shortlisting, along with Parish Business who is not the most consistent but more than useful on his day. Moidore usually runs his race and has place claims.
