Overbranch's penalties are negated by her young jockey claiming ten but she could still prove vulnerable as a couple of her rivals have shown distinct promise. Aimigayle is marginally preferred to Laureldean Melody. Overbranch has had a short break after a busy but profitable first half of the season; trip and ground should be fine, her jockey is one from one on her and she's proved consistent. The horse she beat last time is a stablemate of Laureldean Melody so market confidence behind her chances would be encouraging. She has something to find on the form book but showed improved form between her first and second starts and should have more to offer. Aimigayle ran her best race by some margin when a close up third to Fretwork at Huntingdon over 2 miles 6 proving that her previous second was no flash in the pan. The drop in trip is a slight concern but Aimigayle's heading the right way and gets the vote.
