    In depth

    Verdict

Pogue was second to the progressive Lock’s Corner on his reappearance at Bangor and is relatively unexposed over fences. Dr Sanderson got off the mark over the larger obstacles at the fifth attempt at Plumpton and that could provide a platform with further progress given connections. The versatile Nietzsche is not without a chance after a good third in a Listed race at Wetherby when he had The Unit six lengths behind but CRACKING DESTINY was staying on when fifth behind Nuts Well in a Grade 2 at Aintree last time and is clearly still in good form. Course winner Cracking Find has tumbled down the weights and should take advantage soon.
