Torchlighter is certain to come in for strong support after his impressive victory at Pontefract and, with further progress likely, he'll take some beating. However, he could be at cramped odds and a chance is taken with TANCRED, who was staying on strongly at the finish in the race won by Aeolus over 6f at York and will be suited by the longer trip and easier ground. Comino won nicely on his introduction at Thirsk and was probably unsuited by the faster going at Redcar. Roachdale House will like the going and looks a tough individual who can make his mark in handicaps while Know Your Name battled to victory at Brighton, though this is tougher. Malachim Mist looks best of the remainder as Regiment's best form is on fast ground.
