    Verdict

    A disappointing turnout with CHINDIT possibly frightening away the opposition. Last year’s Greenham winner failed to score again but wasn’t disgraced at the highest level subsequently hence a rating of 112. The Hannon colt is clear of the rest at the weights and is the one to beat. Boosala and Tempus showed good progress in handicaps last term and the former steps up in trip while Royal Champion has been kept in training despite struggling in both outings last season, including in the Dante at York.
