Dungannon won last year's renewal and arrives in good form after scoring at Ascot. But he needs to reverse earlier running at Chester with B Fifty Two, who has since finished behind Steps in Listed company here. The top-weight won this in 2012 but finished a couple of lengths behind third-placed KICKBOXER at Ascot a fortnight ago. Mick Channon's charge looks to have as good a chance as any on that form and gets the vote. Golden Steps has won over 6f at the track but is 10lb higher today and stablemate Counter Ridge makes more appeal having gone close here last time. Confessional beat a couple of these when second at Catterick last Saturday and could also figure.
