        Verdict

        Giving Glances can’t have given her true running when a hot favourite at Aintree but she should have handled the soft ground and her yard is still out of sorts. She may not offer much value in this against the improving and unbeaten Fabianski and the more-experienced TAZKA. Gary Moore’s French import was out of her depth in the Finale Hurdle at Chepstow last time and has travelled a long way for this. So has Bint Chattleya, who was a fair fourth at Punchestown before being hampered and brought down when close up at Leopardstown. Via Delle Volte won over track and trip on debut and Lady Cylla is preferred to Sparky Valentine of the others.
