      Verdict

      EAGLE’S WAY was sent off favourite on his reappearance when upped to today’s trip at Brighton. Sir Mark Prescott’s charge didn’t disappoint and can shrug off a penalty now handicapping for the first time. Shimmering Sands also improved for the step up in distance when scoring easily at Beverley and is not out of this while Sophiesticate was beaten only a neck at Ayr last time. Without Delay has won over a mile at Musselburgh in between moderate efforts.
