Verdict

Fidux hasn’t won for a very long time but has slipped down the weights as a consequence. INNISFREE LAD is 10lb lower than his last winning mark and, though he’s been showing signs of feeling his age lately, he has had a wind operation since last seen. Light Flicker was tailed off at Sedgefield after a fair reappearance at Cheltenham while The Ferry Master has been pulled up in half of his last eight starts so is a risky proposition but Informateur will strip fitter for a run over hurdles. Whatsdastory has never won over a trip this far while Tango Boy has been absent since falling at Southwell in July.
