    Verdict

    This looks a tight handicap on paper but DARK RED (NAP) ran well for third in this grade at York last time and gets another chance racing off the same mark today. He’d earlier finished ahead of Oasis Fantasy when runner-up at Goodwood and the latter was behind Euginio at Sandown recently when the Hannon colt could only manage fifth. Al Neksh was runner-up at York on his reappearance but has failed to build on that in a couple of subsequent outings while Another Eclipse returned a losing favourite at Yarmouth last time and this is tougher.
