In depth

Verdict

Some may choose to head for the exits before this trappy heat gets underway with likely favourite Notebook having something to prove after refusing to race when attempting a hat-trick at Towcester last week. But No Ceiling showed some improvement at Warwick and is now tried in headgear while Our Kylie should be thereabouts again. PRINCE OF THIEVES left previous form behind when third at Taunton in November and could be the one to beat here if the blinkers work a second time and David Noonan is a positive jockey booking.
