Verdict

ART HISTORY won five times on the Flat for Mark Johnston and ended up with a rating of 88. Now with upcoming NH trainer John Ferguson, he could high rank among this season's juvenile hurdle crop if translating that ability to jumps and is fancied to make a winning debut over timber today. Gottany O'S is another talented recruit from the level and should have no problems with today's trip having scored over 1m5f at Chester in September. He should also be worth following in the coming months while fellow Flat winner Blue Destination was sold for £65,000 at the October sales and will also be expected to pay his way over obstacles. Tarantella Lady was second over C&D last month and looks the best of those with previous experience but she's already starting to look exposed.
