Stonific ran poorly at Bangor last month but that was over a longer trip and it would be no surprise to see the nine-year-old prominent in a race like this. Ayr third Can't Stop Now is interesting and so is the unexposed Copper Beach but GLORY AND HONOUR won twice on the Flat in August and looks well treated back over timber. The McCain yard runs Zamond and Sacre Pierre with both ridden by 5lb claimers. The latter won a small race at Leicester last month but the form hasn’t been franked while Restitution seems to be better over further.
