Hyperfocus is in good nick but is probably a few pounds too high at present. Zargun has lost his way and Shine So Bright has had a break since completing a double at Newmarket in the spring with conditions also a concern. A winner over 6f at HQ in July, MUMS TIPPLE is also effective over 7f so this intermediate distance should prove ideal. Able Kane was disappointing behind Juan Les Pins at Nottingham in July but is 15lb better off with Mick Appleby’s in-form sprinter. Any further rain would boost Fools Rush In but wouldn’t suit Mitrosonfire. Tanmawwy was successful here in June and again at Ffos Las two weeks ago but was well beaten when tried in this grade at Ascot in June.
