Verdict

Mister Brightside is in terrific form and appears to handle all types of going. He should make a bold bid under top weight, despite another career-high mark. But there a number of improvers in this including Sakhee's Return, who beat Heartbreak Hero by three-quarters-of-a-length at York last time. The latter wasn't disgraced at Goodwood subsequently while Akeed Champion is on a hat-trick after victories at Redcar at Newmarket. Them And Us still looks too high in the weights, however, and Gerry The Glover and Misterioso are probably better over a mile. SULAALAAT hasn't quite lived up to expectations so far this year but ran well on Royal Ascot two runs ago and could be interesting in this grade in first-time blinkers having been dropped another 2lb lately.
