Verdict

HARTSIDE is the form pick on his close second at Carlisle, where he looked the likely winner jumping the last. He was raised 5lb for that but did win off an even higher mark at Wetherby a year ago and can end his losing run. Honey Pound is not an easy horse to catch right but was only beaten half-a-length at Leicester two runs ago and Danceintothelight has won eight times over timber and twice this season, though is better over further. Today Please won at Worcester last summer and was placed twice in the autumn but ran no sort of race in a slightly weaker event at Taunton in December and was pulled up.
