Gossamer Wings started favourite on her debut on soft ground here a couple of weeks ago but never got into the race though she was going on at the finish. That was over the minimum and she needs the longer trip and will improve though there doesn't appear any reason why she should reverse places with runner-up LETHAL PROMISE, who attracted good support and stayed on strongly at the finish. Romme made a nice start at Dundalk and is another certain to make progress though this looks a better race. Aidan O'Brien is also represented by Fantasy and Just Wonderful. The former cost 1.6mgns and is related to seven winners including Irish 1000 Guineas winner Halfway To Heaven while the latter, the choice of Ryan Moore, is a daughter of Dansili out of a 7f Group 2 winner. Jim Bolger has a tremendous record in this and Cuban Surfer really caught the eye at Cork last week.
