      Verdict

      MOTHER EARTH landed the 1000 Guineas at Newmarket on her reappearance last season and her subsequent nine starts were all at the highest level including her victory in the Prix Rothschild at Deauville. She'll have bigger fish to fry this season but should get off to a winning start. Emphatic Answer won handicaps here and at Killarney before stepping up in class and narrowly beaten in a Naas Listed contest in October. Insinuendo made a winning debut back in 2020 and hasn't had much racing subsequently. She won the Group 2 Kilboy Estates Stakes here in July and looks the main threat. It's difficult to see either of the three-year-olds beating a classic winner at this stage of the season.
