Verdict

Johnny Murtagh has won two of the last three of these so Dundalk maiden winner TAKE HEART will be primed for a stable treble on his handicap debut. Mr King has progressed nicely and a 6lb rise for his victory in a Roscommon handicap over the trip looks manageable though he has little in hand of third-placed Eastern Legend, who didn't get the clearest of runs. The Halford/Collins team have been in form and Slieve Binnion ran an excellent race here last month but Pearl Of Australia ran a shocker in the Ulster Derby, which wasn't his form. Angelic Appeal needs to step-up on the form she's shown in maidens.
