The well-bred DIBAYANI attracted good support on his debut over the C&D three weeks ago and led for virtually all of the race before collared by The United States. He'll be unfortunate to come up against one as good though it wouldn't be a shock if he did so as the winner's connections are triple-handed here. Joseph O'Brien's choice of Festive Cheer, a son of Montjeu out of a USA winner, will probably ensure he's better supported than Hall Of Mirrors and Quadriga though that's rarely an indication of the merits of the yard's runners and any one of the trio could be good enough.
