The superbly-bred Frankincense didn't show much in soft-ground maidens in the spring but there's every chance he'll show marked improvement here. Persian Lion has only shown moderate form in two starts over 1m2f while Theotonius hasn't run since September though the Godolphin-owned colt is one to keep an eye on. FALCON EIGHT has a classic-winners pedigree as the son of Galileo is the seventh foal of a mare who has produced six winners including three at Group level. He's taken to make a successful start though Winner Takes Itall is an obvious threat having stayed on strongly on his debut over a mile here three weeks ago.
