In depth

Verdict

Tony Martin and Colin Keane look a formidable partnership and Dundory beat LOINGSEOIR a short-head over 1m2f on heavy going here in October when conceding 5lb. The runner-up will be ridden by a 10lb claimer here and should have the edge at the weights. Mk Drama took a long time to lose his maiden tag at Gowran but then ran well from an 11lb higher mark on this track and will love the testing conditions. Ballycaines is fit from Dundalk and hurdling and at the right end of the handicap while the consistent Dragon Of Malta doesn't have much to find at his best and had a recent run at Dundalk to put him straight. Kosman may probe best of the remainder.
