      This has been run seven times and the sponsors have won all but one. The superbly-bred HENRY LONGFELLOW made a sparkling debut over the course and distance on soft ground last month and should be even better on quicker going. Stablemate Portland won a Galway nursery a fortnight ago but had earlier finished three lengths behind Spanish Flame when Ger Lyons' charge completed a double at Tipperary. Islandsinthestream overcame greenness to land a course and distance maiden in very good style and improvement is virtually guaranteed.
