Athassel Abbey had looked certain to win soon when performing with credit in Listed company at Navan and though disappointing at Cork she found 1m4f sapping her stamina. CATALYST looks to have more to offer after narrow defeats in all four starts. She's taking a big step-up in trip but her pedigree suggests it won't be a problem and she's handed the vote. Chinese Light would be a near certainty on her close second to Diamondsandrubies at Tipperary but she's run poorly in two subsequent starts and is best watched for now.
