Verdict

MAKE A CHALLENGE has run here nine times and won five including this a year ago. Denis Hogan's charge only has a 3lb penalty for his four Listed victories this season and his two latest defeats have been at the highest level. Could Be King is a smart sprinter on his day as he showed when carrying a big weight to victory in a premier handicap at Leopardstown last month while Downforce wins his share though has seen the back of the selection three times in just over a year, including in this race. Son Of Rest was a high-class printer in 2018, dead-heating for the Ayr Gold Cup, and will be better for a run in a Group 3 here last month, while both Southern Horse and Summer Sands are capable of a big run. Lustown Baba makes a quick reappearance after a very easy victory here on Sunday but this is tougher.
