Crafty Madam went up 10lb for landing a course and distance handicap but continued to perform well including in a Group 3 at Tipperary in October when Psychedelic Funk was just behind. Smash Williams has never fulfilled early promise but this is his best trip and generally goes well after a break. SPEAK IN COLOURS has been here four times and won all but one, though all over 6f. His overall form is stronger than that of Lancaster House, who completed a hat-trick when landing a Listed contest over 1m1f at Listowel before finishing lame in a Group 2 at Leopardstown a few days later.
