Kevin Prendergast has won this twice in the past four years and Starbright will be fancied to continue the trend. Runner-up to the useful Reglisse over 7f at Leopardstown, she was fancied to go one better over 6f here next time but found the trip and very heavy ground against her. She's certain to go well but WISHING, who finished around seven lengths behind her in that latter race, really caught the eye when staying on after looking very green and can turn the tables and take this. Fascinate was beaten a long way on her debut at Naas but that's probably not a reflection of her ability while her stablemate Cloak, a daughter of Galileo out of a 6f Listed winner, is one to keep an eye on. Jim Bolger's youngsters are always to be feared here and Rehn's Nest, an Authorized filly out of a 7f winner, is another for the future.
