Rock Medley had just under two lengths to spare over BIG OCCASION when they finished 1-2 over 1m4f at Listowel last month. Jim Bolger's charge has twice run well over shorter subsequently but the lightly-raced Ballydoyle colt has much more scope and can gain revenge on the revised terms and take this. Spelterini has moved to Charlie Swan since scoring on fast ground here in June and is another with potential but a bigger threat may emerge in the shape of Asiya. Norman Cassidy's filly beat Leah Claire comfortably over 1m4f at Sligo in August and ran very well over hurdles there last month. She's on a nice mark here and will like the fast ground. Kaladene hasn't had much experience and it was very fast going when she gained her only victory at Navan in May.
