Little Village has struck form with a vengeance and connections won't be unhappy with just a 4lb rise for last month's success at Dundalk. He'd won on soft ground at Navan earlier and looks certain to give a good account. Daring Man has never won in 28 starts on Turf but has gone close on numerous occasions. He's now on a fair mark and Ross Coakley's claim is a bonus so he should be in the firing-line. Edenshaw has gone 11 starts without winning though he's produced a couple of tremendous runs over this C&D on soft ground. He'll be thereabouts but if RED SEA POLL takes her chance then she looks the one to be on. Paul Deegan's filly was engaged to run in the 2.30 at Navan yesterday where she had a fine chance and it would be no surprise to see her attempt the double from her lowly mark.
