Verdict

The market will prove the best guide to the newcomers but QASSER is comfortably the pick of those that have had a run and gets the vote. He attracted some support on his debut at Naas and looked to have landed the spoils when taking the lead at the 2f pole in that mile event but faded in the closing stages. He'll know more here while Jessica Harrington sent Maid To Master into Group 3 company for her debut at Leopardstown last July and, though she finished last behind Maybe, she wasn't disgraced and this is a big drop in class. Dubai Kitten is the first foal of a mare who won in the USA while Paene Magnus is by Teofilio out of an unraced mare from a classy family. Singing Bird is another well-connected filly to keep an eye on as she makes her debut.
