Verdict

Allegio was due to run in the 3.25 here yesterday. Stellar Mass is the best horse in this field though he hasn't run over a trip this short for over two years. His close fourth to Rekindling in the Curragh Cup at this meeting last year is the stand-out form but that was over 1m6f. YUCATAN also ran well behind Rekindling at Leopardstown last year and that was over today's trip. He hasn't fulfilled his potential but looks to have plenty in his favour here and gets the nod. Reckless Gold is another who hasn't done as well as expected but Clear Skies is quite well treated by the conditions though has it to do at this level, as does Tennessee Wildcat.
