De Bruyne Horse was impressive when completing a double but found the fast ground against him in the Coventry Stakes. MURILLO was possibly unlucky that day having been stopped when beginning his run and compensation awaits the Ballydoyle colt. His stable companion Rostropovich had a bit in hand when landing a Gowran maiden while Verbal Dexterity could hardly have been more impressive when storming away with a 7f maiden here last month and any further rain would aid his cause. Charlie Appleby has some smart juveniles in his yard and Newmarket winner Folk Tale looked the type to improve a great deal on that victory. Beckford and Commander Grigio have course and distance victories to their credit and both can go well in a fine renewal.
