Baron Samedi was very disappointing over 1m4f at Tramore and should be better suited dropping back in trip. Mighty Mirage is 0-15 but has performed well in soft ground the last twice including over this course and distance. Grey Serge is also a maiden and found 1m4f on heavy ground at Roscommon testing his stamina but SLIEVE BEARNAGH (NAP) was staying on strongly over slightly shorter behind subsequent winner Next In Line at Gowran and can go one better. Pineapple Express, who wasn't far behind in that latter event, has since found 1m4f too far at Tramore. Craic Eile led up to this trip when tackling 1m4f at Tramore and makes his handicap debut.
