BATTLEROFTHEBOYNE ran poorly here last week though that was over the minimum and this is his trip nowadays. His close second in a huge field at the Curragh in September would be good enough for this and he 7lb lower so gets another chance. Burren View Lady is much better over further on Polytrack these days while Pillar rarely wins though did finish ahead of the selection last week and beat the lightly-raced maiden Town Ranger when gaining his only victory to date at Navan last month. The latter could provide a threat from the bottom of the handicap but Hatton Cross hasn't run since October and prefers some give in the ground.
