Dawn Trouper was always in the firing line when a very good third behind Lucius Tiberius at the Curragh and will improve enough to get into contention again. But Persian Lion, who finished fifth, didn't get the run of the race and it would be no surprise to see a form reversal. Aidan O'Brien trains that winner and has VICTORY SALUTE engaged here. He made his debut in the race won by stable companion Southern France at Leopardstown and caught the eye enough to suggest he would be difficult to beat next time. Maysiyana is by Cape Cross and a half-sister to three winners so she's one to keep an eye on.
